Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of purchasing demand, market trends, and sourcing strategies for assigned categories
- Support the creation and maintenance of master data in the system, including vendor and pricing information
- Support the development and implementation of purchasing strategies for assigned categories
- Support the identification of potential cost-saving and cost-improvement opportunities, including manufacturing/purchasing analysis, technical savings, and sourcing changes
- Manage project data in the purchasing reporting system (BW)
- Support negotiations on price, terms, and contracts, and issue RFQs to suppliers
- Manage agreed prices, terms, and contracts with selected suppliers
- Support the supplier selection and approval process, including the preparation of contract-related documents and supplier registration
- Support risk management and issue resolution related to suppliers’ QCD performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Support suppliers’ sustainability activities
Your Qualifications
- A current undergraduate senior or a university graduate (any major)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- TOEIC Speaking IH or OPIc IH or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
