Your Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Management
- Design, improve, and operate salary structures and compensation policies
- Manage annual processes such as merit-based salary increases and promotions
- Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking, and analyze internal pay equity
- Plan and operate performance-based incentive systems (eligibility, target setting, validation)
- Benefits and Work System Management
- Design and manage employee benefits programs
- Design and operate attendance and leave-related systems
- Policies and Governance
- Establish, revise, and communicate C&B policies, guidelines, and operational standards aligned with global standards
- Respond to internal and external audits, and comply with legal requirements such as labor standards and tax laws
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
- Provide compensation consulting and policy guidance to HRBPs and line managers
- Plan and execute policy communications and FAQs for all employees
Your Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university (any major)
- English communication skills (speaking & writing)
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
- No restrictions on overseas travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or HR consulting preferred
- Official English proficiency score of IH level or higher preferred
