Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all sales activities as the account owner for an assigned OEM customer portfolio within a specific market segment
  • Engage proactively with existing and prospective customers in a dynamic and agile sales environment
  • Achieve defined business targets, including revenue and profitability, for the assigned customer portfolio
  • Continuously develop customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through tailored, customer-oriented solutions and services
  • Provide consulting support for resolving customers’ technical challenges
  • Prepare and independently conduct price and contract negotiations
  • Develop rolling sales forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process
  • Document market potential, opportunities, contacts, and customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Support the development and implementation of campaigns and initiatives to increase market share
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, alternatively relevant professional experience with a technical component
  • Relevant professional experience in an industrial environment
  • Good IT/system skills, especially in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Strong consulting skills and excellent relationship management abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
  • Strong negotiation skills and pricing know-how
  • Very good written and spoken German skills; good English skills are desirable
  • High level of initiative, goal-oriented working style, and a process- and project-oriented mindset
