The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position must be filled from December 2024 for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of regular analyses (fluctuation, medical leave, etc.)
- Participation in various projects
- Support in the day-to-day operations of the HR Business Partner
- Collaboration in the creation of various templates and certificates
- Assistance with the distribution of HR queries to the European countries and consolidation of the results
- Collection of data and subsequent preparation of presentations for the European Works Council, the Regional Management Board Europe and other stakeholders
- Support in the preparation and implementation of internal HR training courses for the Microsoft Whiteboard, Mentimeter and the Schaeffler intranet
- Collaboration in HR Europe internal team activities and events
- Upload of employee documents as part of the ‘Digital Personnel Files’ project
- Consolidation of new employees through the Qualification Training Checks
- Independent onboarding of new interns
Your Qualifications
- Student in the field of business administration, human resources management or a related field
- Fluency in English; German skills advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
- Great communication skills, organisational talent and a high degree of independence and initiative
