The position must be filled immediately for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition, implementation and follow-up of strategic initiatives and measures in the area of training for Schaeffler Lifetime Solutions
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of a learning management system
- Participation in the implementation of strategic marketing measures to promote new training modules
- Support in the operational content and formal design of training modules
- Supporting the implementation and preparation of research activities, internal and external events, interviews and proactive customer management
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Media Design or a related field of study
- Some experience of working with Moodle is an advantage
- Experience with photography, film studio technology and graphics/video/authoring tools (e.g. Adobe CC Suite or Articulate) an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office, especially OneNote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good written and spoken English, German language is an advantage
- Ability to think outside the box, high motivation and creativity
- High level of initiative, presentation and analytical skills
- Team spirit, commitment, organizational and communication skills
