Responsabilidades clave

Preparation, recording and processing of customer orders from receipt to delivery/invoicing.

Orders adaption according to internal/external inputs.

Creation/ dispatch of order confirmations and other delivery-related documents.

Arrange on time orders release complying with credit limitations, critical items allocations, customer delivery instructions and warehouse capacity.

Create pro-forma invoices for prepayment processing if needed.

Manage customer inquiries and specific requirements in cooperation with relevant interfaces. Customer first support in regard to order-related information (e.g. order & delivery status, TECWEB issues, wrong order entry, etc.).

Monitoring of open and overdue order items in regard to availability, scheduling, material status and new exchange part control.

Creation and dispatch of customer-specific backorder lists. Entry and maintenance of customer-relevant data/transactions (e.g. contacts) in the CRM tool.

Efficient cooperation with all relevant deparment.

Cualificaciones

Successfully completed business education

Professional experience in Customer Service, preferably in the automotive aftermarket

Business-fluent English speaking and writing skills

Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3
