Your Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and strategically develop global benefits programs, including the design and rollout of local benefits
- Ensure governance for benefits and pension programs, including policy compliance and documentation
- Provide support and advice on pension and retirement planning topics in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Analyze benefits data, cost trends, and market developments, and derive well-founded recommendations for action
- Advise HR and business stakeholders on all benefits-related matters
- Manage external service providers and coordinate internal interfaces to ensure efficient processes and high service quality
- Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the area of Total Rewards and Benefits
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in benefits, including global pension / retirement planning
- Several years of experience working with international stakeholders and different country-specific requirements
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with HRIS, benefits, or payroll systems, as well as AI applications, is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way, combined with intercultural competence
- A high degree of initiative, paired with a structured and analytical working style
