Your Key Responsibilities
1-Execution and achieved 100% Tool manufacturing plan as per defined target on shift basis.
2-Optimum utilization of Tool Room resources and improve uptime of Machines.
3-Reduce cutting tool and consumable cost per year by 10% as per group guideline.
4-Inspect the job after completing each process and maintain record.
5- Reduced % of rejection and rework up to zero.
6-Train the manpower for multi-tasking.
7-Cut down process cost by 10% of regular running tools.
8-Support to production dept. regarding reduce Tool Down time by 10% per year as per group guideline.
Your Qualifications
Education/ Apprenticeship è B.E.-Mechanical / DME
Job experience è 5 TO 8 Year
Languages skills è English / Hindi / Marathi.
Knowledge of SAP / PC è Must have SAP Knowledge to handle Tool Shop activity
