Your Key Responsibilities
- Implement and Support the Schaeffler tool management process.
- Daily interaction with production for optimized tool support
- Analyze Tool Downtime and improvements to reduce Downtime
- Tool Inventory maintained at optimum level
- Inter department co-ordination for tool support
- Project tooling co-ordination at tool assembly stage for Manufacturing parts & STD tooling
- Tool cost/value added & tool cost saving projects.
- Tool Rationalization projects for tool cost saving.
- Planning of tool preventive maintenance schedules
- Tool planning & advanced tool planning as per ppc plan.
Your Qualifications
Diploma in tool and die making.
Job experience 2 to 5 years
