Technical Assistant to Plant Head

Your Key Responsibilities

To provide comprehensive Technical and administrative support to the Plant Head/Plant Manager by coordinating plant activities, managing communication and schedules, monitoring action plans, preparing reports, and facilitating effective collaboration across departments to achieve operational and business objectives.
 
Prepare, review, and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate communication and follow-up actions with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Track action plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks
Organize and coordinate management reviews, audits, customer visits, and plant events.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidential business information.
Compile and analyze operational data to support decision-making and performance reviews.
Facilitate effective communication between the Plant Head and various functions within the organization.
Follow up on key business initiatives and provide status updates to the Plant Head.
Manage the Plant Head's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
 

Your Qualifications

BE Mechanical with 3 - 5 years expereince.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach
 
Location - Talegaon Plant -
Working - 5 days from Plant.
