Your Key Responsibilities

Making Tool available to production as per Manufacturing plan- ie .
Press tools , Injection moulding tools , Cutting Tools / Jig / fixture and Assembly Tools.
All the Tools min/max level Tracking with EP-1 system.
Maintain and Monitor 5s / Quality system record and document.
Maintain and monitor consumable inventory at optimum level and Track with EP-1 system.
Deliver quality Tool to our customer as per defined target lead time.
Meets the Urgencies of Production line and help them to run line without obstacle.
Optimum utilization of Man - Material - Machine
Your Qualifications
Diploma in tool and die making, diploma in mechanical , B. E mechanical
Min 3 years experiance in tool and die maintanance
