Your Key Responsibilities

  • Setting of production machines of components within stipulated time.
  • To produce components as per quality standards and Production norms.
  • Daily production reporting
  • Document control as per TS requirement
  • In process inspection as per control cards,
  • Work order reporting.
  • Material movements in respective working area.
  • Daily scrape monitoring and reporting.
  • To maintain shop floor discipline
  • To reduce setting and resetting time
  • Tracking of Daily FG.
  • Manpower handling in shifts
  • Trouble shooting & to achieve shift production targets
  • Training of new employee’s
  • Cleaning and House Keeping of respective area.
  • To achieve departmental targets & goals.

Your Qualifications

  • BE  Mechanical with 8-10- years of experience ( Preferable Grinding Experience )
