Your Key Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of the team for technical concept design and realization
- Technical delivery responsible for assigned programs/platforms.
- Creating system and software architecture
- Software requirements elicitation and SW design creation
- Embedded Software development, configuration, Integration for Autosar platform for 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers and related peripherals.
- Embedded Software development for Single Core/Multi Core microcontrollers
- Embedded Software development using embedded C as per MISRA rules
- Configuration and integration of BSW stacks (e.g. Memory Stack, Mode Management stack, Network Management Stack, I/O HW Abstraction , Multicore Operating system, Memory Partition ) using Autosar toolchain like Vector, Elektrobit etc.
- Software build creation and integration on target hardware
- Debug and resolve reported issues.
- Static and dynamic code analysis
- Software development according to ISO26262 and ASPICE standards
- Module testing for developed modules.
- Deploy platform development methodology across development phases to ensure higher reuse, lower rework ratio.
- Development scripts’ using VC++, Python, CAPL etc
- Coordinate with stakeholders (onsite and offshore) for activities and perform status reporting
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.
Your Qualifications
- Graduation stream: Electrical, Electronics and telecom, Mechatronics, Automotive, Computer science or relevant.
- Hands on experience in creating technical and functional architecture for the project
- 5-10 Years of Experience on development/configuration/integration for embedded SW development on 8/16/32 bit single-core / multi-core microcontrollers.
- Good understanding of microcontroller architectures (8/16/32bit, Single core/Multi Core) and microcontroller peripherals.
- Shall have experience with configuration and integration with at least 2 BSW stacks (e.g. (Memory Stack, Mode Management stack, Network Management Stack, I/O HW Abstraction, Multicore Operating system, Memory Partition) using Autosar toolchain like Vector, Elektrobit etc.
- Good understanding of state of art Software design practices.
- Good Experience on microcontroller programming using embedded C
- Shall be able to develop and integrate Software components at different architectural abstraction levels (e.g. drivers, handers, Applications etc)
- Shall be able to analyse customer requirements.
- Shall be able to read and analyse schematics, User manual, Datasheet and Errata sheets.
- Preferred- Knowledge of cyber security concepts e.g. SecOC, CRY, HSM Standards. Any one standard is sufficient
- Implementation level knowledge of functional safety ISO26262
- Link/ make/ build process including linker and make files
- Hands on SDLC experience compliant to ASpice
- Hands-on experience using compilers/ debuggers for single core/ multicore microcontrollers
- Software-Hardware integration on real hardware. Debug and resolve software issues on real hardware.
- Requirement management, SW version management, Release management and CM tools
- Language known with proficiency: English written and verbal (German Preferred)
- Development support Tools/Scripts using VC++, Python, CAPL etc.
- Understanding of Communication protocols e.g. CAN, CAN-FD, LIN.
- Experience in handling a technical team of minimum 2 members
