Core Competency
- In-depth knowledge of electric motor design principles and practices, including experience with induction motors, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSMs), and Brushless DC (BLDC) motors.
- Proficiency with industry-standard motor design and simulation software, particularly RMxprt, Maxwell (ANSYS), and Simcenter SPEED.
- Extensive experience in developing and optimizing motor components such as windings, laminations, cooling systems, and rotors to ensure high performance, durability, and energy efficiency.
- Knowledge of design failure modes and effects analysis (DFMEA), design of experiments (DOE), and other methodologies for testing and validating motor designs.
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical engineering
- 08 to 12 years
- Managing Team of Motor Mechanical Design Engineer and Motor Simulation Engineer
