Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assess Environmental Aspects and Impacts,  create a c/s functional team for study.

    Setup and maintain an environmental and safety management system.

    Assist top management in defining objectives for Environmental Protection and Safety for the plant.

    Prepare and maintain environmental protection manual, (Plant specific  manual).

    Identify and list out the applicable legal requirements and update from time to time.

    Return filling – Environmental statement, Haz. wastes.

    Consultation and communication regarding decisions for environmental protection and safety.

    Create environmental key figures and lifecycle assessments.

    Measure and monitor environmental protection and safety measures. - Air pollution, water pollution, Noise pollution, Stack, Ambient air, work zone air and work zone noise.

    Reporting on performance of EHS to top management and Head Quarters.

    Create environmental statements and annual report and submit to HQ.

    Respond to the EHS related information to interested parties including customers, legal authorities

Your Qualifications

  • Education/ Apprenticeship

                  Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engg + Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety.

    Job experience

     

    Above 15 to 20 years in EHS in Engineering Industry.
