Your Key Responsibilities

- Act as the domain expert for SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules within our Payroll & Time Solutions team.
- Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of compensation and benefits solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Act as a project manager for implementing and enhancing SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay on a global scale.
- Collaborate closely with the product owner, project managers, and HR IT teams to deliver seamless and compliant compensation and benefits solutions like SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Analyze complex compensation structures and variable pay plans, translating business needs into scalable SuccessFactors configurations.
- Support integration efforts between SuccessFactors modules and our payroll systems.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization for compensation and benefits functionalities.
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to drive user adoption and solution enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies related to compensation, benefits, and payroll in an ever-evolving landscape.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation module updates, best practices, and emerging trends in global HR IT
Your Qualifications

Qualifications
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum 8 years experience in compensation and benefits.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, preferably in large-scale, global implementations.
- Strong understanding of compensation & benefits concepts, payroll processes, and their IT enablement.
- Experience working closely with product owners, HR business partners, and technical teams in agile or hybrid project environments.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors configuration tools, workflows, business rules, and integration points.
- Good knowledge of payroll and time management solutions (SAP HCM Payroll) is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to handle complex compensation scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
