Your Key Responsibilities

  • 1.Sector level strategy development & implementation for Raw Material OEM segment

    2.Pricing decisions for segment & responsible for Profitability of the segment

    3.Leading Budgeting, Mid-term planning and long-term planning for Steel

    4.Closely monitoring sales development to OEM customer and giving direction to sales engineers

    5.Providing strategic direction to sector specific requirements of Product management.

    6.Identifying customer requirements and offering appropriate Schaeffler products.

    7.Driving localization plan depending on market requirement.

    8.Interaction with Internal & External customer regarding product recommendations, service requirement, product development and quality documents

    9.Coordinating with Technical team for conducting technical seminars and workshops at Customer’s place for product approval/acceptance.

    10.Execution of solutions to satisfy customer needs and expectations.

    11.Subsector Approach:  Prepare strategy and execute to grow topline by focusing on new opportunities/projects in subsectors

    12.PEUS- Identify and execute Customer activities under PEUS Program to generate new businesses in coordination with Distribution team
