Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute order attainment and order fulfillment processes. Provide support for assigned customer group and sales organization.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistic problems arising.
  • Prepare and execute quotations and standardized offerings, or support the sales process with respective services.
  • Coordinate deliveries with departments, suppliers, logistic providers and customers, and provide pricing, availability and delivery information.
  • Provide pricing, availability and schedule information.
  • Record and process orders and inquiries, track order activity and early alert issues in order or delivery process.

Your Qualifications

  • Vocationally trained in Business Administration, Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years

OR

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years
