Your Key Responsibilities

• Continuously initiates, supports, trains, and reviews activities applying all methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS), to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned.
• Drives and supports the application of the SPS standards as Lean Management elements, workplace design, SCM and value stream design, change management and lean coaching.
• Deploys and trains SPS methods and knowledge. Contributes to the continuous improvement of the SPS and shares best practices.
• Facilitates workshops and projects, reports their results and benefit, supports management to coach the continuous improvement processes.
• Conducts reviews of the SPS implementation status in organizational units.
• Evaluates/reports costs and benefits of the SPS projects, workshops, and initiates activities to ensure sustainability.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical-, electrical-, production engineering, business administration
• 3 to 5 years
