- To develop Schaeffler Production System / Lean as a culture in overall plant / Segment / Functions
- Ensure that employees are acting as self responsible for SPS / Lean Improvements
- Defining Vision & Strategy for the Plant, Segment & Functional level
- Making Schaeffler India Pune as a best Lean enterprise
Your Qualifications
More than 10+ years experience in Lean manufacturing and manufacturing areas.
Bachelor of mechanical engineering
