Your Key Responsibilities
- R/3 ERP Operations
- Stock Development and Stock Migration (new plants)
- Internal warehouse Processing (Removal on cost center, HU and SU Management, warehouse structures, etc...)
- Operational Shipping
- Consignation Process
- Returns Process
- Export Control
- Interfaces (EDI, API, IDOC, ODATA, SAP-BTP, ...)
- Job management (UC4)
- Customer Designations (Packaging, Forwarder Management,..)
- Label management and development (SAPScript, Smart Forms, Opal Nice Label, ...)
- Incoming and outgoing goods papers
- Logistics Master Data
- Shipping Point Settings
- ABAP Development and Customizing
- Production Replenishment
- Cooperation and Alignment with global AMS provider for GrIT-SCS
Your Qualifications
- Several years of work experience in SAP ERP Module IM/WM or SCM (as consultant and developer) for the areas of WM structures and strategies, usage of storage and handling units, removal and putaway strategies, warehouse capacity management and in international environment (desired)
- Strong Knowledge of SAP physical inventory and business processes
- Knowledge in SAP Kanban and WM replenishment
- Knowledge about Barcode standards, output control, inbound and outbound delivery processing
- Knowledge in ABAP Environment like Development Workbench, Enhancement technologies and Debugging
- Knowledge in Customizing, RFC / IDoc processing and SAP API development
- Knowledge in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and S/4Hana, Fiori and UI5 very desirable and beneficial for the actual EWM landscape in the R/3 Environment and for the ongoing Schaeffler S4 Transformation program
- Experience with usage of Radio Fequency (RF) devices, ITS Mobile, RF queues and menus for WM operations
- Knowledge in other SAP Logistics Modules beneficial
- Knowledge about Logistics Master Data beneficial
- Project Management (waterfall and agile) skills beneficial (JIRA know how beneficial)
- Experience in intercultural teams and global projects would be beneficial
