Your Key Responsibilities
To determine on an operational transactional level the export control authorization requirements, to support license application processes, and to ensure license conditions are communicated and complied with.
To interact with key stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance & Corporate Security, Customs Compliance and Foreign Trade functions.
• To review and execute SAP GTS transactions. • To support export control relevant material master data classification.
• To support business partner master data relevant for sanctions screening, and to obtain decision from the Regional Export Control Manager, in case of “positive/real hits”
.• To monitor and to communicate regulatory changes and updates, provide guidance to relevant business units on their application, and to support the Regional Export Control Manager with the implementation of changes required
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline (advanced degree preferred). • At least 3-5 years of export control and sanction compliance experience.
