Your Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Off role - Recruitment Coordinator - to own end-to-end hiring for business functions such as sales, operations, finance, manufacturing, and support.
This role combines proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, interview scheduling, and meticulous onboarding documentation.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build diverse talent pipelines, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed on time.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft JDs, and define evaluation rubrics. Source talent via job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn), social channels, referrals, and local networks; maintain a warm pipeline for recurring roles.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary telephonic/video assessments, and present qualified shortlists with structured notes.
Own interview coordination: align panel availability, send calendar invites, share call/venue details, manage reschedules/no-shows, and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain accurate candidate data in Success factor /trackers; publish weekly hiring dashboards and funnel metrics.
Drive offer process: compensation fitment, offer roll-out, negotiation, and acceptance tracking.
Manage pre-boarding & onboarding documentation: collect and verify KYC, education, experience letters, UAN/ESIC details, background check forms, and other compliance documents.
Create and issue offer/appointment letters in coordination with HR Ops; trigger BG verification and medicals as applicable.
Adhere to hiring SLAs and data privacy norms; ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Your Qualifications
MBA - HR with Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Commerce is a must.
4 –6 years of hands-on experience in hiring with proven closures across junior to mid-level roles.
Strong scheduling discipline and stakeholder management; ability to handle volume hiring.
Proficiency with sourcing on Naukri and LinkedIn; boolean search skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation accuracy.
Familiarity with India hiring compliance: PAN, Aadhaar, UAN/EPF, ESIC, BG checks, and standard joining formalities.
Comfort with analytics and funnel optimization (time-to-fill, source-to-offer conversion).
Offrole Positon with Work from Office - 5 days Week. Baner /Talegaon.
