Your Key Responsibilities

The Bearings Sales Recruiter is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment of sales and technical sales professionals specializing in bearings and bearing‑related products.

This role partners closely with sales leadership to hire talent with strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, bearings application knowledge, and B2B industrial sales experience across sectors such as cement, railways, steel, power, mining, and heavy manufacturing.

 

Manage end‑to‑end hiring for bearings‑focused sales roles, including:

Bearings Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer

Application Engineer – Bearings

Key Account Manager – Bearings

OEM / MRO Sales Manager – Bearings

Business Development Manager – Bearings

 

Sourcing & Candidate Assessment

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry mapping, and competitor analysis.

Screen candidates for:

Bearings product knowledge and application understanding

Exposure to cement plants, railway depots, OEMs, or heavy industry customers

B2B industrial sales capability and customer management skills

Conduct structured interviews to assess technical depth, commercial mindset, and cultural fit.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with Sales Heads, Zonal / Regional Managers, and Channel Heads to understand:

Territory coverage

Key customers and application requirements

Competitor hiring and talent availability

Provide recruitment insights aligned to market demand and business priorities.

 

Recruitment Operations

Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, pre‑joining engagement, and onboarding.

Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, offer‑to‑joining ratio, and critical position closures.

 

Your Qualifications

5–8 years of recruitment experience with strong focus on:  Sales or mechanical industrial sales hiring.

Experience recruiting for bearings manufacturers, authorized distributors, or industrial OEMs is highly preferred.

Mode: Work From  Office - 5 Days Week.

Location:  Baner

 

Position is on 3rd‑party payroll.
