Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle the tool inspection task to support the tool production in 3 shifts
- Reduce lead time to inspect and tool delivery on time .
- Tool cost reduction specified projects
- Implement and Support the Schaeffler tool management process.
- Daily interaction with tool shop for tool inspection .
- Analyze Tool quality problems and improvements to reduce rejection .
- Inter department co-ordination for tool support
- Project tooling co-ordination at tool inspection stage for Manufacturing parts & STD tooling.
- Tool cost/value added & tool cost saving projects.
- Tool Rationalization projects for tool cost saving.
- Planning of tool inspection schedules, calibration of instruments.
- Inspection of GD&T parameters using CMM, Contour measuring machine, electronic height gauge, vernier, micrometer.
- Inprocess inspection of tools to ensure first time right tools and process improvements .
Your Qualifications
Diploma, BE Mechanical
Job experience 3 to 5 years
