Your Key Responsibilities

• Organize support from HQ for critical new development projects in washing & polishing area.
• Training and development of the Washing & Polishing team in terms of latest technology.
• Problem solving related to Washing & Polishing technology & customer complaint at plant level.
• Development of new procedures and processes as per Schaeffler guidelines.
• Audit of Washing & Polishing process in plant and plan activities for compliance of Washing & Polishing operations as per Schaeffler Procedures in the plant.
• Drive daily troubleshooting, improvement projects, ensure sustenance of process.
• Finalizing concept for new investment, preparation of requirement specification, pre-acceptance, final acceptance, Installation and ramp-up of new machine or line.
• To reduce rejection, drive cost saving projects and gap analysis for internal and external quality complaints. Plan refurbishment activities of old machine & technology
• To improve productivity by communicating with Schaeffler Technology for sharing Washing & Polishing process technology with each other.
• Implementation of standard practices and drive technology improvements

Your Qualifications

• B.E or Diploma Eng. (Mechanical/Electrical/Production) 7 to 12 years of experience in the fields of Industrial washing & polishing process.
• In depth Knowledge of washing and cleaning process, consumables and spares.
• Aware about different methods and standards, parameters, latest trends etc.
• Self-driven and motivated to drive process and technological improvements and implement standard practices
• Sound knowledge about Washing & Polishing processes.
• Good communication and Leadership skills.
• Coordination skills with HQ
