Product Owner

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for several IT applications such as CARE, KYBP, LeanIX, QM Tools (Minitab, Q-DAS), Idea Management, Facility Management, etc.  
• Coordinate and support IT-related activities, including contract negotiations, procurement, budget management, IT product costing, and system/provider selection for new applications  
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives  
• Oversee project execution and IT demands for these applications, including release up-dates, proof of concepts, and further development in collaboration with internal and external experts  
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and acceptance criteria 

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related  field.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in IT .

Proven experience in product ownership or similar roles within an agile environment 
trong knowledge of IT system management, design, implementation, rollout, and operations  
Familiarity with project management methods and tools as well as experience in Project execution 
Excellent communication and analytical skills 
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, internal customers, and global teams  
Fluent English language skills; basic German language skills are a plus 
Experience working in agile frameworks
