Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation, maintenance, control and verification of quality management system and processes, develop quality strategy and initiatives, implement methods, tools and qualifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead a department or several teams assigned. Plan, align and/or implement policies, standards and guidelines for principle operations and tactical measures. Set out and manages respective projects, budgets and resources, and ensure effective tools, methods and processes
• Relates to roles which have overarching cross sub-functional management accountabilities, are responsible for designing and further developing an integrated quality management system in compliance with applicable industry standards and existing supplier and customer contracts.
• Relates to providing advice on questions of principle regarding quality management in Corporate, Regions, Divisions, Business Divisions and Units, Plants. Includes Quality Audit function (developing, designing and implementing the groupwide audit process). 2. Tasks of the job holder
• Responsible for driving Quality culture including Customer, Production, Supplier and Design Quality metric. Set up and manage the quality management organization and networks, allocate necessary resources, and oversee the planning and control of the quality budget
• Design, implement, and consistently enhance quality management systems, including its guidelines, processes, strategies, goals, and structure of organization.
• Develop and maintain quality reporting and inform accountable management regularly.
• Act as the first point of contact to provide technical guidance on quality system, processes, audits, methods, tools, initiatives and customer-related quality topics.
• Encourage and drive implementation and sharing of lessons learned, foster standardization and ensure availability of technical and methodological know-how, provide methods, tools and related trainings. 

Your Qualifications

University degree in Engineering

18 - 20 years work experience across industrires in Quality Function.
