Your Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibiities:

1. Breakdown maintenance / preventive maintenance of production machines.
2. Repair maintain spares , vendor development related with maintenance. 
3. Responsible for troubleshooting & repairing of Electrical & electronic failure On various makes of grinding,turing,honning,SPM and heat treating, tool room equipment.
4. Update the preventive maintenance plan and close tracking for scheduled plan.
5. Suggest the ways to improve machine life cycle.
6. Update preventive maintenance plan of machine as and when necessary.
7. Inform store in charge to order repair parts if needed.
8. Active participation in machine modification, upgradation, poka-yoke implementation.
9. This will be accomplished through their knowledge and utilization to repair electronic equipment's maintain & monitor electronic spare parts.
10. Inspect machines and equipment to locate causes of trouble.
11. Follow Lockout / tagout procedures
12. Maintains cleanliness of work area in shop and after machine repair.
13. Required to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
14. Verify running of machines and equipment
15. Able to install and commissioning of new equipment
16. Must be aware about department targets & goal and work accordingly to achieve.
17. Participation in Idea management ,Environment safety.

Your Qualifications

Qualification 

Diploma / BE Elect./Electronics engineering

Experience 

Min 8 yrs
