Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve departmental goal and targets.
- Monitor the target and prepare and execute the action plan of deviating targets.
- Planning, Preparing and Implementing different work schedules viz.
- Fault related maintenance
- Scheduled maintenance
- Predictive maintenance
- Spare part management
- Localizing sources to procure imported spares / high cost spares in production machines and facilities.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various makes of grinding,turing,honning,SPM and heat treating equipment.
- Support to the team on eliminating breakdowns in complex mechanical controllers
- May be required to train an apprentice.
Your Qualifications
Education/ Apprenticeship
Diploma in Mechanical engineering / Graduate Mechanical engineer .
Job experience
- Minimum industrial experience of 4 to 6 years
