Your Key Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities

    Consulting & Advisory

    • Act as a technical advisor for business units on Power Platform use cases, solution design, and feasibility
    • Translate business requirements into technical concepts and solution architectures
    • Support and coach citizen developers and project teams in solution design and implementation
    • Review existing Power Platform solutions and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement
    • Provide templates and solution patterns

    Solution Development

    • Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate cloud and desktop flows
    • Implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions following best practices and architectural guidelines
    • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure services, and external systems via connectors and APIs
    • Support application lifecycle management, including solution packaging and deployment across environments

    Quality, Standards & Collaboration

    • Ensure developed solutions comply with internal security, compliance, and quality standards
    • Collaborate with governance and platform administration teams to align development with platform policies
    • Contribute to defining development standards, patterns, and reusable components
    • Participate in architectural discussions and cross‑team technical alignment

    Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

    • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution guides, and best practices
    • Share knowledge on new Power Platform features and development capabilities
    • Support adoption initiatives through workshops, enablement sessions, and technical guidance.

    Required Skills & Experience

    Core (Primary) Skills

    • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development, especially:
      • Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven)
      • Power Automate (cloud and desktop)
      • Dataverse
    • Solid understanding of solution architecture and ALM concepts within Power Platform
    • Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and external services
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

    Complementary (Secondary) Skills

    • Experience with PowerShell, scripting, or automation
    • Knowledge of Azure services (e.g. Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) is an advantage
    • Familiarity with agile collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
    • Understanding of governance, security, and licensing considerations in enterprise environments
