Your Key Responsibilities

Design IT Solution Architecture
Develop IT solution architectures that meet specific business, IT, and non-functional requirements while ensuring compliance with Enterprise Architecture (EA) guidelines, standards, regulations, and processes.

Architecture Governance & Implementation Support
Govern and support implementation and integration (DevOps) throughout the entire project lifecycle, including a professional handover to continuous Dev/Ops operations. Coordinate development team where needed.

Continuous Improvement
Drive ongoing service and product improvements in collaboration with the Product Owner. Manage external service providers and coordinate global rollouts.

Technology Analysis & Trend Evaluation
Analyze modern IT architecture, DevOps practices, and market trends. Assess technology innovations for architectural fit and potential business value.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Several years of experience in IT architecture design and working with Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
- Strong English communication skills for working in global, cross‑functional teams.Experience with agile methodologies; foundational understanding is acceptable.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps, integration strategies, and global rollout processes.Good understanding of SAP HCM, Integration Center, and SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects.
