Your Key Responsibilities

Hands on  with end‑to‑end recruitment with 4 - 6 years of expereince for SAP roles including SAP ABAP, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors.
Manage and execute bulk hiring drives for SAP projects and production support functions.
Work closely with global hiring managers and delivery leaders, including regular coordination with German counterparts.
Source high‑quality candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings, evaluate profiles, and coordinate technical interviews with panel teams.
Own the entire recruitment lifecycle—right from sourcing to offer negotiation and offer rollout.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, partnering with HR operations for pre‑joining and Day‑1 activities.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports using advanced Excel tools.
Use Excel skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validations, dashboards, and reporting automation to track hiring progress.

Your Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of IT recruitment experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SAP hiring experience (mandatory).
  • Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and executing structured recruitment strategies.
  • Location: Baner, Pune
  • Mode: Work From Office (WFO) — 5 days a week. 
  • Position is on 3rd‑party payroll.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred
