Your Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post Graduate(MBA/MPM) with  7 – 10 years experience in Industrial Relations function

Your Key Responsibilities

Designation: Sr Executive 

  • Grievance handling, Contract Labour Management, Statutory Compliance, Personnel Welfare, Employee Engagement, Recruitment of Temporary Manpower & NEEM, Liaisoning, Maintaining various records & Registers under various Labour Laws. 

    Preparing Head count & Expenses Budget. Admin To take care of Industrial Relations Activities, Handling Contract Labour, NEEM, Statutory Compliances and improvement in the system. Admin Functions i.e. Canteen, Employee Transport, Garden, Housekeeping, Pool Car, Event Management etc Functions – Canteen, Transport, Garden, Housee keeping, Pool Car,Event Management etc 

  • To take care of Industrial Relations Activities, Handling Contract Labour, NEEM, Statutory Compliances and improvement in the system. Admin Functions i.e. Canteen, Employee Transport, Garden, Housekeeping, Pool Car, Event Management etc
