Your Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of the global cutover strategy, governance, and execution for the HR.SALT transformation program.
- Define the cutover framework, including standards, templates, RACI, quality gates, and tollgate criteria.
- Lead end‑to‑end cutover activities for global rollout of SuccessFactors modules (EC, SmartRecruiters, Compensation, etc.), H4S4 Migration, and application consolidations.
- Act as the primary IT cutover lead, directing timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Global Program Managers, HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Manage the full cutover lifecycle—strategy, detailed planning, execution, risks, and delivery—ensuring compliance with global and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate work across multiple regions and time zones, enabling smooth communication between India, Germany, and other locations.
- Drive proactive issue resolution, change management, and stakeholder engagement to maintain momentum.
- Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and executive updates highlighting progress, risks, and challenges.
- Mentor and guide project team members to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of HR IT project management experience in global, large‑scale programs.
- Strong expertise in the SuccessFactors Suite and system integrations.
- Proven ability to deliver complex HR IT projects in matrix or global environments.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and translation into IT solutions.
- Experience working within Program/Portfolio governance structures, ideally in product-based companies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Proficient with MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
