Your Key Responsibilities

       Plan and devise marketing & communication strategy in alignment with business and Branding & Marketing department with overarching theme. Define message for PTC and E Mobility business for Schaeffler India.

  • Events, Exhibitions and Customer oriented tech days at Customer site.
  • Email marketing for customers
  • Reporting: Drive activities, record and present the management with Roi and reports to understand the efforts and its effectiveness,
  • Events, Exhibits & Merchandise
  • Liaison with Media & Industry associations – Responsible for driving activities with business goal in focus, Assessment of events that we need to participate. Renewals of membership
  • Sponsorship: You will be responsible for assessing the opportunities, suggesting the business about sponsorship activity and derive RoI. Be responsible for driving internal and external branding activities related to office, plants and regional offices
  • Form strategic alliances with trade bodies (e.g., SIAM, CII, ACMA) and Automotive Industry .
  • Handle top management meetings, in collaboration with local and global Key Account Management (KAM) teams.
  • Manage internal communications in alignment with Communications IN
    1. Divisional newsletters to employees
    2. Intranet SharePoint: Develop, manage and maintain content
    3. Create and communicate success stories within the organization.
  • Align all External & Internal communications for Automotive Business (PTC & E Mob including all the automotive plants )
  • Drive external events where brands is presented.

Your Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Communications / Marketing
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience in working with Trade and Industry body
  • Preferable Automotive industry exp
  • Competent digital marketing professional
  • Strong project management capabilities and execution focus
  • Team player
