Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for AI agents to automate a variety of administrative processes across the company
- Implement, test, and deploy AI agents tailored to different administrative functions (e.g., HR, finance, operations)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into agent tasks
- Integrate AI agents with existing company software and data systems
- Monitor performance and continuously improve prompt designs for accuracy and efficiency
- Document workflows, automation processes, and maintain technical documentation
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to internal teams utilizing AI agents
- Stay updated on latest advancements in AI agent technologies and best practices, sharing learnings and recommendations with the implementation team
Your Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, AI, data science, software engineering or alternative training with relevant professional experience in this field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI applications or agents (e. g. RAG, MCP)
- Proven experience in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) or generative AI technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
- Sound knowledge about quality assurance methodologies for AI systems
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP)
- Strong skills in API integration and cloud platforms is a plus
- Ability to work with AI agent platforms
- Experience with workflows or process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Zapier, Power Automate) is a plus
- Excellent language, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
