Goal
Follow-up of administrative activities related to training to improve learning processes in the dual model.
Principal Activities
- Manage training matrix
- Provide feedback on AMS platform (check that reports are uploaded, manage student training)
- Generate interactive quizzes in forms
- Place purchase orders for materials in SAP (sap knowledge desirable)
- Schedule mandatory courses in LMS platform
- Prepare documentation linking dual models
- Make presentations in Spanish and English (courses taught, projects worked on during the month, reports)
- Update training plans in Cad.
Scholarship, experience, knowledge and skills.
- Industrial, mechanical/mechatronic engineer or related.
- Knowledge of SAP system desirable.
- Handling of office automation software.
- Handling of Microsoft forms
- English level B1/B2
- Teamwork, initiative, commitment.
- Technical knowledge in pneumatic hydraulics
