Goal of position
Lead the team of specialist mechanical engineers by planning activities to ensure the completion and success of assigned projects.
Principal activities
- Lead machinery upgrades.
- Lead projects related to machinery lay out relocation.
- Lead new projects, installations, request for technical information, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints to be added in the maintenance unit.
- Coordinate energy projects.
- Act as interface between customers and staff, clearly communicate objectives and means available to equipment.
- Meet maintenance budget.
- Generate budgets for new projects.
- Hold meetings with staff to ensure that communications are shared appropriately.
- Provide support to SFM and JFM.
- Checking process quality status deviations as well as proper quality assurance.
- Management of cost saving projects, PM and TPM.
- Providing support in audits.
Scholarship, knowledge, experience and skills
- Bachelor´s Degree / Engineering Electric, Electronic, Engineering Mechatronical Engineering Industrial.
- Advanced english.
- At least 5 years of experience in related position, experience in personnel management.
- Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Experience in maintenance project management, desirable experience in the definition and execution of strategic plans in energy, sustainability and cost reduction.
- Leadership, assertive communication skills, conflict resolution, perseverance, and costumer service.
