Goal

Get experience in a variety of HR activities and support the different areas of human resources.

Principal Activities

  • Management and support for weekly and biweekly payroll.
  • Collect overtime forms from operational staff.
  • Send dismissal notices for operational and administrative staff to the IMSS.
  • Review of disabilities among operational and administrative staff.
  • Issuance of credentials for new staff members.
  • Process weekly and biweekly requests for additional payroll payments.
  • Preparation of reports on hours worked for accurate weekly monitoring.
  • Contributions to savings funds and pension plans for administrative and operational staff.
  • Management and supervision of general services (transportation, canteen).

Education, experience, knowledge, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degrees in  Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, and Economics.
  • Advanced english.
  • Communication skills.
  • Analysis, responsibility, willingness to learn, initiative.
  • Organization and time management, legal and regulatory knowledge.
