Human Resources Trainee - Payroll

Goal
Get experience in a variety of HR activities and support the different areas of human resources.
Principal Activities
- Management and support for weekly and biweekly payroll.
- Collect overtime forms from operational staff.
- Send dismissal notices for operational and administrative staff to the IMSS.
- Review of disabilities among operational and administrative staff.
- Issuance of credentials for new staff members.
- Process weekly and biweekly requests for additional payroll payments.
- Preparation of reports on hours worked for accurate weekly monitoring.
- Contributions to savings funds and pension plans for administrative and operational staff.
- Management and supervision of general services (transportation, canteen).
Education, experience, knowledge, and skills:
- Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, and Economics.
- Advanced english.
- Communication skills.
- Analysis, responsibility, willingness to learn, initiative.
- Organization and time management, legal and regulatory knowledge.
