Human Resources Trainee - Labor Relations

Goal

Get experience in a variety of labor relations activities by giving support to the HR team in this matter.

Principal Activities

• Administration of personnel incidents (absenteeism).
• Ensuring compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT), as well as giving talks to personnel on the same.
• Provide support in the termination of operational and administrative personnel.
• Administer employee benefits: Major Medical Insurance, school support and eyeglasses support.
• Provide induction courses to new employees.
• Generate contract renewals.
• Support in the relationship with the workers' union.
• Administration of lockers and uniforms for operating personnel.

Scholarship, knowledge, experience and skills

• Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
• Qualifications: Degree obtained or in process (subjects completed). Optional insurance is not required.
• Languages: Advanced English.
• General knowledge of human resources and Federal Labor Law.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
• Focus on achievement, customer service, empathy.
