Human Resources Trainee - Labor Relations

Goal
Get experience in a variety of labor relations activities by giving support to the HR team in this matter.
Principal Activities
- Administration of personnel incidents (absenteeism).
- Ensuring compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT), as well as giving talks to personnel on the same.
- Provide support in the termination of operational and administrative personnel.
- Administer employee benefits: Major Medical Insurance, school support and eyeglasses support.
- Provide induction courses to new employees.
- Generate contract renewals.
- Support in the relationship with the workers' union.
- Administration of lockers and uniforms for operating personnel.
Scholarship, knowledge, experience and skills
- Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
- Qualifications: Degree obtained or in process (subjects completed). Optional insurance is not required.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- General knowledge of human resources and Federal Labor Law.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
- Focus on achievement, customer service, empathy.
