Human Resources Trainee

Goal

Get experience in a variety of HR activities and support the different areas of human resources.

Principal Activities

• Provide support in general services activities and in the different Human Resources areas.
• Support in cafeteria service follow-up, reporting, and daily contact with suppliers.
• Support transportation activities through weekly meetings and report follow-up.
• Support cleaning service activities, including reservations, cleaning follow-up, and complaint attention.
• Support Human Resources activities through payroll reporting and internal communication tasks.
• Contribute to the coordination of HR initiatives, continuous improvement actions, and service delivery.
• Assist in maintaining effective communication with employees and support areas to ensure timely resolution of requests.

Education, experience, knowledge, and skills

• Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Human Resources or field.
• Qualification: Degree obtained or in progress.
• General knowledge of human resources.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Advanced English.
• Ability to perform data analysis and generate reports.
• Proficiency in Office software: Excel, PowerPoint.
