EHS Profess.

Goal

Plan and implement programs related to EHS aspects in order to comply with all respective and relevant local regulations and legislations and to achieve the organization's own sustainability goals related to EHS.

Principal Activities

• Support the EHS Coordinator in all activities related to EHS
• Implementation and maintenance of the management systems
• Coordinate & perform safety risk analysis and evironmental aspects analysis
• Participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents ans neat misses to identify root causes and preventive actions
• Design and implement emergency protocols
• Monitoring of risk factors (noise, lighthing. Vibrations, ergonomics, etc.)
• Conduct safety walks to identify unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, spills, environmental conditions and lack of use of PPE.
• Educate and inform workers about risks and protective measures.
• Manage the handling, treatment, and final disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Monitor air, water, and soil pollution by collecting field samples
• Ensure compliance with current environmental regulations

Education, experience, knowledge, and skills:

• Work experience: 1 - 2 years in similar porsitions
• Degree: Graduated - Engineering/ Industrial Engineer/ Environmental Engineer/ Chemical Engineer
• Language: advanced english
• Knowledge in the field of management systems (health, safety and environement)
• Professional competence to coordinate the implementation of EHS activities
• Data anaysis and attention to detail
• Good organizational skills to work and perform simultaneous activities
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to adapt to change
• Risk and process-based thinking
• Management of KPI's
• Project management
• Understanding of environmental, helath and safety aspects
