Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assure Customs operations excellent Service delivery.
  • Lead and involve all Organizational levels to guarantee problem solving in Supply chain.
  • Coordination and lead SGSA Customs Operations Team.
  • Implements established Logistics strategies, policies, guidelines and procedures for the assigned area.
  • Maintains and updates performance metrics for Customs Operations activities.
  • Plans and prioritizes resources in the assigned area.
  • Initiates and organizes improvement actions in the assigned area.
  • Regular coordination with the relevant specialist departments and the regional/local key stakeholders to assure and increase customer satisfaction
  • Ensure suitable Logistics processes and tools are in place and followed.
  • Participation in the shaping of the process landscape in Customs stragegy and operations, as well as the initiation and support of continuous improvement measures.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Engineering or customs-related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency.
  • 3+ years of professional experience of customs processes and origin determination and administrarion required.
  • Proven experience in Project Management and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness to change.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize.
  • Strong problem solving and decision- making skills.
  • Experience in Lean Management and Continuous Improvement methodology.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient English language skills both written and spoken
