Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer purchase orders/contracts
  • Executes order fulfillment processes
  • Responds and follows-up on customer inquirires and relevant customer activities
  • Accessing customer internet sites/portals and being a liaison with customer service accounts, Schaeffler affiliates, and the department
  • Executing order fulfillment processes, confirming pricing and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinating with other departments and external providers and managing vendor-owned inventory projects
  • Coordinating and following up a solution(s) for any issues blocking order fulfillment
  • Preparing business-related reports and coordinating sales and quality returns
  • Initiating debit/credit requests and resolving customer complaints
  • Coordinating other relevant and/or exceptional customer and sales operations issues
  • Support intercompany business processes
  • Serve as a contact point for customer master data changes

Your Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or applicable experience in a sales, marketing, or engineering department
  • One year minimum customer serivce experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Extremely self-motivated & drive to achieve results
  • Continuous improvement
  • Assertive and proven creative approach to solving problems
  • Data management
  • SAP R/3 SD Module, Microsoft Office Knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.), Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous
  • Advanced English
