Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics or Mechatronic engineering
- Advanced English - TOEFL min. Score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent)
Technical Requirements
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in the automation industry.
Technical knowledge of the following topics:
- PLC Programing using SIEMENS TIA Portal and WinCC Unified
- Motion control with SIEMENS Sinamics
- Commissioning and interfacing with robots (KUKA, EPSON, FANUC , ABB , etc)
- Reading and interpretation of electric plans in American or European standard
- Power electronics
- Frequency Variators
- Instrumentation with precision electronics
- Applications with field buses (profinet, profibus, ethercat, canBus, etc)
- PLC programing with other brands different from SIEMENS
- Control with servo motors. Calculation and commissioning
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive PLC programs for industrial automation applications
- Colaborate in the machine/automation concept development
- Serve as work package responsible in automation projects, where it's scope is to lead as technical contact among other programers and suppliers
- Deliver fully functional machines according to customer and design specifications
- Colaborate in the comisioning process of machines and entire automation projects
