Educational Prerequisites
- Bachelor degree in mechanics, mechatronics or automotive engineering
- Advanced English - TOEFL min. Score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent)

- CAD software experience in Creo Parametric, Catia, NX o Solidworks
- Mathematics and physics Knowledge
- Mechanics elements knowledge
- Creativity and teamwork required

Activities:
- Managing the department with technical, personnel, and organizational responsibility
- Participating in the strategic orientation and development of production processes in the area of feed technology, assembly technology, production technology, and inspection technology
- Participating in the development and safeguarding of standards
- Advising and assisting production (within the Schaeffler Group) with rationalization and automation projects and for the procurement of machine systems
- Optimizing and developing the existing production processes further
- Responsible for selecting and supervising external suppliers of machine systems and components
- Collaboration when preparing quotations and the associated calculation
- Planning walk-throughs of orders/ project and monitoring implementation with respect to quality, costs, and dates
- Developing and qualifying the assigned employees
- Capacity and personnel planning
- Coordinating resources for the department
- Ensuring continuous improvement (MOVE)
