Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and manage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in our hiring processes.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (SF Recruiting) to streamline the recruitment process and keep accurate candidate records.
  • Engage with potential candidates through networking events, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Cultivate a diverse talent pool by implementing inclusive hiring practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance recruitment strategies.

 

This position will be located in our Huejotzingo facility near Puebla but will work exclusively for locations in the United States.

 

Your Qualifications

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and social media recruiting.
  • Additional certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus.
