Educational Prerequisites
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering. Alternatively, a degree in physics or related natural science.
- Advanced English – TOEFL min. score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent)
Technical Prerequisites
- Basic knowledge in the automotive industry.
- Applicable engineering and physics knowledge.
- Understanding of the automotive powertrain.
- Basic understanding of electric and hybrid drive concepts.
- Experience in Matlab & Matlab/Simulink
Responsibilities
- Perform System Dimensioning based on customer requirements.
- Create / Manage Load Cycle development.
- Align Load Cycles with the Component teams and support system specifications creation.
- Perform System Loss / Efficiency Calculations.
- Align loss targets with the Component teams and support system specifications creation.
- Perform / align other system calculations like drive cycle calculations, impact torque evaluations, combined inertia evaluations.
