Goal of Position

Conducts mechanical design engineering activities required to develop competitive products for Torque Converter applications

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Mechanical, Mechatronic or related degree
  • Advance English TOEFL min. score ITP 585 (or equivalent)
  • Advance CAD software (CREO desirable)

Technical Requirements

  • Automotive knowledge background
  • Applicable engineering and physics knowledge
  • Knowledge of mechanical design, stackups and GD&Ts
  • Background of DFMEA
  • Understanding of automatic transmissions
  • Knowledge of Product Development Process

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generation of design concepts from 2D
  • Creation of models for Torque Converter projects
  • Windchill management to release changes
  • Product function and calculations
  • Structural analysis of the product design
  • Generation of invention disclosure and patents
